We are a family operated bed and breakfast and we have created policies to make sure our guests are happy and have great time . If there is anything we can do to help you please let us know .

CHECKIN  -  4pm 

CHECKOUT - 11 am 

PAYMENT 

• 50% deposit due at booking 
• Balance due 14 days before arrival 
• Payments by email money transfer or post dated cheques 
• Rates based on double occupancy  only 
• $ 250 per night 

CANCELLATION- We do understand things happen .  However,  because we are a small  bnb cancellations do affect us in a huge way,   so we would ask that that you read our cancellation policies prior to booking 

• Fully refundable deposit within 14 days of arrival 
• NO REFUNDS after 14 days within arrival 
• No refund for early departures

YOUR STAY 

•  2 night minimum stay 
•  Long weekends 3 night minimum stay
• Guests that are registered are only allowed on the property 
• ADULTS  over 18 only  - 2 people or a couple 
• 1 parking spot 
• No cooking - can use microwave and or toaster oven  to warm up food 
• Quiet time 11pm - 10 am 
• WIFI is included  however please realize that there are many dead zones on the Peninsula 
• No smoking cigarettes, vaping , cannabis  inside  - can be done outside
• Our pup Sophie  is on site and is very friendly - please refrain from giving her any food other than a dog treat 
• NO CANDLES - we are in the country and not close to a fire hall or a hydrant
• Please no eating on the bed  
• Access to waterfront  7-10am and after 4pm
